Defense of the top manager of the largest international private equity fund Baring Vostok Capital Partners in a criminal case brought against him. During the pre-trial proceedings in the criminal case, it was possible to change the preventive measure from detention to house arrest and reclassify the charges.

Defense of the beneficiary of a construction company, one of the leaders in the Russian construction business market, in a criminal case brought against him for fraud in shared construction. During the preliminary investigation, it was possible to prove the client’s non-involvement and achieve the termination of criminal prosecution against the client.

Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of a major Russian entrepreneur in a series of legal disputes with administrative authorities that arose during the construction of a hotel complex in the Krasnodar Territory. The RKP team administratively challenged the city administration’s refusal to issue a construction permit to our Client and ensured the issuance of a construction permit as part of enforcement proceedings. After the completion of the hotel complex, the RKP team represented the Client’s interests in a dispute with the city administration, which refused to issue permission to put the facility into operation. We successfully challenged the defendants' refusal, as a result of which the hotel complex operates successfully.
