The conference brought together government officials, academics, partners of leading law firms specializing on restructuring and insolvency, and the heads of collection and bad debt departments of major banking and financial companies.

Dmitry Kletochkin took part in the session on judicial practice in bankruptcy. During the session, legal experts discussed liability of the parties and cases of abuse, and looked at landmark court cases.

In his work, Dmitry Kletochkin specializes in corporate disputes, disputes involving real estate, protection from hostile takeovers, and bankruptcy cases. He has vast experience of representing Russian clients in arbitrazh courts and courts of law. During his career, Dmitry has provided assistance on disputes arising under supply contracts, loan and contract agreements, disputes associated with rights to real estate, and other disputes arising under civil and commercial law. He was included among a list of leading corporate compliance and investigation specialists according to the Global Investigation Review 100 guide for 2015.
