The biggest Russian legal media “Pravo.ru” has announced the results of the sixth litigation market research for 2021.
Rustam Kurmaev and partners has entered the 1 tier of the federal firms ranking for the first time. In addition, it has also been placed in the list of top-10 firms with biggest amount of all claims with a result exceeding 57 billion rubles in 2021.
We would like to thank Pravo.ru analysts for the extensive research, during which they have studied 8127 final decisions of the Russian arbitrazh courts made in 2021.
For the research purposes the analysts used the following criteria:
- total amount of all claims in 2021;
- number of court cases supported by law firms in 2021;
- number of final court decisions in 2021;
- dispute results score;
- average claim amount;
- win rate.
