Georgiy has been representing the interests of Russian and international companies in litigation complicated by a foreign element for over 20 years, protecting the interests of clients both in Russia and in foreign jurisdictions. Georgiy also advises clients on issues related to sanctions risks and restrictions. Georgiy's industry focus is the financial and banking sector, industry and construction.
Georgiy's area of research interests is the constitutional foundations of protecting public order in the Russian Federation. Georgiy has experience in recognizing and enforcing decisions of Russian courts abroad.

Protecting the interests of the largest metallurgical company in the Russian Federation in a dispute with a foreign supplier of software solutions for production management worth over 1 billion rubles;

Protecting the interests of an international banking group in a series of disputes with domestic banks on issues of changing the terms of loan agreements and debt collection;

Support in the recognition and enforcement in the Russian Federation of several interrelated decisions of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution on debt collection in the amount of over USD 30 million;

Protection of the principal in the Russian arbitration court of the first and cassation instances from recognition and enforcement in the Russian Federation of decisions of foreign courts to recover an amount of over 500 million rubles;
