Successful defense of the client’s interests in a dispute with the unscrupulous dealer in Kazan involving the recovery of RUB67 mln in damages, plus an additional RUB25 mln in penalties.
Volkswagen Group RUS
Successful representation of company engaged in the development, manufacture and promotion of a well-known brand of televisions in a case involving the recovery of an insurance payout in connection with the counterparty’s breach of contract. The case was considered by the courts of three instances and by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
TPV CIS
Recovery of an award from an RF constituent entity – Omsk Region – in favor of an insurance company for the damages incurred by the client in connection with a fire that destroyed an electric cable owned by the respondent.
