Dmitry graduated in 2001 from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics with a degree in jurisprudence.
He has been admitted to the bar since 2002.

Successful representation of a Russian mining and metallurgical giant in a dispute with the counterparty under consulting agreements and product supply contracts in the total amount of RUB12.7 bln.

Legal support for the client in being included on the creditors’ register of a bankrupt auto dealer in an amount of circa RUB90 mln. Successful defense of the client’s interests in a dispute with the unscrupulous dealer in Kazan involving the recovery of RUB67 mln in damages, plus an additional RUB25 mln in penalties.
Volkswagen Group RUS
Successful representation of company engaged in the development, manufacture and promotion of a well-known brand of televisions in a case involving the recovery of an insurance payout in connection with the counterparty’s breach of contract. The case was considered by the courts of three instances and by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
TPV CIS
Recovery of an award from an RF constituent entity – Omsk Region – in favor of an insurance company for the damages incurred by the client in connection with a fire that destroyed an electric cable owned by the respondent.
