Recent experience:

Representing the interests of a consortium implementing federal-scale infrastructure projects in a dispute with Rosprirodnadzor, which accused the Client of the death of Red Book plants as a result of replanting carried out by him to implement the infrastructure project. We proved the client’s absence of guilt in most of the charged offenses, which allowed us to reduce the administrative fine to the minimum possible amount and avoid suspension of the project.

Construction group of companies

Protecting the interests of a major gas producing company in a series of disputes related to claims by Rosprirodnadzor regarding improper design and operation of a gas pipeline. The disputes were complicated by several administrative proceedings for various types of violations, as well as the demand of Rosprirodnadzor to suspend the operation of the gas pipeline, which would actually lead to bankruptcy of the company. We proved that at the time of construction the gas pipeline complied with all standards, and subsequent reconstruction to comply with the updated standards was not required, rejecting all claims of Rosprirodnadzor.

Major gas producing company

Defense of the management of a foreign FMCG company on charges of illegal logging without issuing a logging ticket and other necessary documentation. Our team ruled out bringing the client’s management to criminal liability and helped the client avoid significant losses associated with the loss of the right to use the land plot on which all the main production facilities of the company are located.
